A Flawed Talent Strategy Threatens Profit and Growth

For the C-Suite, a flawed talent strategy isn’t just an HR issue—it’s a direct threat to profitability and growth.  One that AI alone, cannot fix.

AI integration is about protecting profitability and fueling growth. Applied to Talent Acquisition, it begs the questions: How can AI help reduce costs and minimize costly hiring mistakes? Is it truly the best way to optimize our hiring process? What tools are worth the investment?  How do we minimize business disruption?

The right AI strategy can be a game-changer—but only if it's aligned with a strong, forward-thinking talent approach.

In our latest edition of On Your Radar: RPO Insights we explore how one company leveraged our tools and expertise to improve their own internal process and create unexpected long-lasting financial impact.

What started out as a project to hire a few hundred employees transpired into significant opportunity for a client to improve their own process.  The client recognized they lacked tangible insights, a comprehensive strategy and were overwhelmed by tech choice, which contributed to their inability to service their own internal scaling needs.  By outsourcing this hiring project, they reached their goals:

Hire better-quality candidates, on time and on budget

Streamline process

Increase hiring manager engagement

Create an impactful strategy

In this project, we delivered a robust service, analyzing process, creating strategy and actively managing the delivery and then...advising on adoption of process improvements. We created a new talent ecosystem – one that was faster and provided better results.  Recruitment scale is what they wanted initially but long-lasting transformation is what they needed.

The client noted the improvements of our strategy, AI integrations, KPIs, communications and SOPs, and adopted several with our expert guidance.  To date, they have maintained higher candidate quality, reduced cost per hire, time to fill and lowered OPEX.

An RPO project is an excellent precursor to initiating permanent internal change. Troubleshooting, implementation know how, best practices, templates and sequences can take years to develop,  or a few months with the right partnership in place.  A well executed RPO strategy can be a catalyst for lasting change—driving profitability, efficiency, and long-term business growth.
